Art Directors: How to Ask to See Hidden Portfolio Collections
- By design, all the art portfolios hosted on ArtLicensingShow.com are completely private.
- An Art Licensor/Artist/Agent may initiate a “Share” with an “Authorized Art Director” at any time.
- If art has already been shared you can view it immediately. Click here to learn more for places to view art on the site.
However, there will be times when an Art Director finds a Licensor that they like on the site and may desire for them to share more artwork. This is what you can do to ask to see more art.
If you want to see more art be sure to click the turquoise “Request Portfolio Submission” button on the Licensor’s profile.
Thumbnails for unshared collections will appear on this page. Click on the thumbnail for the collections you would like to view. The Licensor will receive an immediate notification for the collections you would like to view and can take action in according to their business preferences.
You may also click “Send a Message” to email the Licensor through the site to inquire about viewing and licensing artwork directly.
The Licensor can see their message when they login to the site. If they have their message notifications turned ON for email, they can get a traditional email in their chosen email inbox. Click here to learn how to manage email notifications.
