Art Director Authorization Process

By design all of the private portfolios on ArtLicensingShow.com are only available for viewing by “Authorized” Art Directors. Once you are “Authorized” to see art on the site you can then ask (“Request”) for portfolios to be sent to you (“Shared”). From there on you can view and favorite images with ease. All with a single login.

1. Apply for your account here:

2. Upon registration, complete your company details so our community can see your licensing experience. Each member is reviewed before they are authorized to look at artwork. This is a one time process that usually takes less than 12-24 hours. While you are waiting, feel free to email [email protected] with your professional references to expedite the approval  process.Check out this info graphic that explains in further detail how a new art director is authorized to become part of the private community. 

    

3. Once you are approved, you can search the members directory: http://artlicensingshow.com/members/. To view artwork, look for this button on licensors’ individual profiles:
